Ltd. (Stock Code: 3319.HK) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”) on 9 February 2018 and became the first property management company listed in Hong Kong through a spin-off from a red chip company. A-Living is engaged in providing comprehensive living solutions for property owners. Currently, A-Living has established six business teams in respect of property service, network technology, tourism, advertising, marketing and property inspection.
As the main business of A-Living, Agile Property Management took the initiative to adopt the Hong Kong-style property management model in 1992 and it was one of the first property management companies that obtained a Level One Property Management Qualification . As of 30 June 2018,properties managed by A-Living cover over 27 cities and regions across China,in a wide range of properties including mainstream residences, high-end mansions,vacation properties,commercial buildings and office buildings, with a total GFA("Cross Floor Area")under management of over 185,630,00 square meters,including more than 200 projects,and serves over one million property owners.

In June 2017, A-Living acquired 100% of the equity interest of Greenland Property Services and established a strategic alliance with Greenland Group. In August 2017, Greenland Group acquired 20% of the equity interest of A-Living for 1 billion yuan. A-Living Group will implement dual brand development strategy under the two brands “Agile Property Management” and “Greenland Property Services”, and will pursue A share listing with a view of becoming the first Chinese property management company with issuance of both H shares and A shares. Furthermore, Agile Property Management is about to take over overseas projects in Malaysia and other countries, expanding into the global market.
